BOOKING INFORMATION

All bookings are made on the basis of the "Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions," unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Free cancellation up to 7 days prior arrival, except bookings July - September and during Christmas and New Year bookings.

July till September:
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks days prior arrival.
Cancellations between 4 weeks till 1 week prior arrival 70% of the total cost and within the last week prior arrival 80% of the total cost.

Christmas and New Year bookings:
Free cancellation up to 8 weeks days prior arrival.
Cancellations between 8 weeks till 1 week prior arrival 70% of the total cost and within the last week prior arrival 80% of the total cost.

We gladly accept your EC, MasterCard or Visa card, as well as cash payments in EUR.

 
 

Information about your stay with your dog

We kindly ask you to bring your loyal four-legged companion's own blanket. Additionally, we would like to politely inform you that any damages caused by your dog will be charged in full.

Please note that pets are only allowed in selected rooms and restaurant areas.

The pet fee for your dog is €29.00 per night (excluding food).
